Chinatown

Chinatown, Boston is a neighborhood located in downtown Boston, Massachusetts. This page features a neighborhood – Chinatown in Boston. I wanted to document Chinatown becuae, as an international student from Taiwan, it is interesting to see how asian culture blends and develops its own culture in the United States. Chinatown is really diversed in terms of Asian population, including Korean, Cantonese, and Chinese. However, the majority is dominated by Chinese and Cantonese culture. This page will primarily focus on Chinese culture and residents’ lives in Chinatown. I wanted to record Chinatown closely this time through a camera to capture the moment I have not perceived before.
